STOP FEEDING YOUR KIDS SHIT.

I will never understand the stuff we feed our children and call it food. Chemical laden, filled with fillers, additives, preservatives, food coloring and most of all sugar. Tdhis is called food! I’m not talking about once in a while, I don’t have unrealistic standards. I’m talking about when they’re constantly having it.

You want to make changes and get healthy and all that stuff but open up a box for the kids. There’s street food in other countries with higher quality standards than we do. Actual real food, not pink slim glued together in the form of a nugget.Importance of Health

Then there’s the sugar. Sugar is literally shoved down their throats since they’re little. It’s not their fault they’re addicted to it. It’s everywhere they go, parties, school, play dates, then there’s the marketing. The cute little characters and the bright colors, how are they supposed to resist. They’re even rewarded with treats. Treats like diabetes on a ring they can suck on or cancer by the loop.

Companies that produce these products only care about their bottom line, not your children’s health. In fact, they depend on YOU.

Time is what you need.

You started your ‘diet.’ Though I don’t believe in diets. It’s been one week, 2 maybe…push it to 3 weeks max. You keep looking in the mirror, turning side to side, tucking it in, sticking it out, trying desperately to see any changes. You stand on the scale in your bra and undies…but the number, still the same. Oh wait, half a p…no same! You even debate taking rest of your attire off, just to be sure.
You’re not seeing any progress, get discourage and say fuck it. There’s that!

Time!
